Building Marriage

Rowena Russell is trained in theology and counselling and loves to work hard to integrate the two. This interactive workshop will consider some patterns that occur in marriage:

• How we invest or sabotage our relationship.

• Whether we respond to conflict by pursuing or withdrawing.

• How do we ask for what we need or want?

We will explore how it can only take one person to make changes that can transform a relationship. 

Rowena enjoys ministry supporting her husband Adrian at Northmead Anglican Church, where they have been for the last 11 years, with their 4 children and daughter-in-law. Rowena took the scenic route to (finally) finish the Bachelor of Theology at Moore and, more recently, a Graduate Diploma of Counselling at Morling. She loves her part-time work as a chaplain at Bedford College, where students do vocational training.
